Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

About The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies for the organization. This role requires handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner and decision-maker, and providing regular financial reports. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for preparing financial statements, performing bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Strong interpersonal skills and a sharp business acumen are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Create ad-hoc financial reports for various business needs
Prepare and manage tax documents
Compile, analyze, and interpret financial statements
Manage budgeting and financial forecasting processes
Lead and participate in financial meetings with leadership
Complete financial accounting, forecasting, and reporting
Deliver reports and performance metrics to senior leadership
Coordinate with internal Accountant for routine accounting tasks and with external CA Firm for filing statutory compliances
Manage Finance and Accounting operations for India, Dubai, and Saudi entities, ensuring compliance with national and international regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or a related field
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a finance/accounting role
Strong ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and industry reports
Proficiency in Tally is a must
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
