This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role located in Chandigarh. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial reports, managing cash flow, analyzing data, and advising management on financial decisions. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with internal departments to optimize resource allocation and improve overall financial performance.

• Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Experience in Financial Analysis, Cash Flow Management, and Accounting Principles
• Proficiency in using Financial Software and Tools
• Ability to interpret financial data, generate reports, and provide recommendations
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certification, such as CPA or CFA, preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Prior experience in a managerial finance role is an advantage
