About the Role

Kaygen Global Services is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager with strong expertise in US staffing finance operations, financial planning, accounting, invoicing, payroll coordination, compliance support, reporting, and team leadership while ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely support for US business stakeholders during night shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. US Staffing Finance & Accounting Operations

• Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations for US staffing business activities.

• Oversee consultant billing, client invoicing, vendor payments, and accounting transaction management.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records, timesheet data, contracts, and reconciliations.

• Monitor daily finance operations and ensure timely closure of US staffing accounting activities.

• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll inputs, and banking coordination processes effectively.

2. Billing, Reporting & Financial Analysis

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial planning reports for US staffing business operations.

• Analyze gross margins, consultant profitability, client revenue, and expense trends regularly.

• Prepare MIS reports, aging reports, cash flow summaries, and financial dashboards for leadership.

• Monitor receivables, collections, revenue recognition, and profitability trends through analysis.

• Ensure timely preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables.

3. US Compliance, Audit & Risk Management

• Support compliance with US staffing finance processes, internal controls, and client requirements.

• Coordinate internal and external audit activities with proper finance documentation support.

• Maintain audit-ready records related to client billing, consultant payments, and vendor contracts.

• Identify financial risks, revenue leakage, billing gaps, and support corrective action initiatives.

• Ensure implementation of company policies and financial governance frameworks effectively.

4. Night Shift Team Management & US Stakeholder Coordination

• Lead and manage finance team activities during night shift with proper task allocation.

• Collaborate with US HR, Payroll, Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams for smooth coordination.

• Support US business stakeholders with financial insights and operational decision-making requirements.

• Conduct regular reviews of finance processes and identify staffing finance improvement opportunities.

• Ensure timely resolution of finance-related escalations from US stakeholders professionally.

5. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Participate in finance automation and process standardization initiatives across US staffing operations.

• Improve billing accuracy, reporting efficiency, and accounting process controls through best practices.

• Develop and implement financial controls to strengthen operational and compliance standards.

• Work efficiently in night shift, deadline-driven, and high-volume staffing finance environments.

• Contribute toward maintaining operational excellence and long-term financial stability for US staffing business.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline required.

• CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent finance qualification preferred professionally.

• 7–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or US staffing finance roles preferred.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, billing, payroll coordination, and financial reporting activities.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, accounting platforms, and financial reporting tools.

• Good knowledge of US staffing billing cycles, timesheet validation, collections, and compliance support required.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities across business functions.
