Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Manager, based in Indore. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with leadership to design and implement financial strategies. The role also involves managing risk, maintaining company finances in accordance with regulations, and driving financial efficiency to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong exposure to US GAAP, US taxation or UK accounting.
• 6-7 years of experience in US or UK accounting and finance (KPO experience beneficial)
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage etc.
• Strong experience in US or UK Payroll processing
• Experience leading and managing teams
• Excellent communication skillswritten and verbal
• Financial modeling experience is a plus
• Must be located in commutable distance to Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India
• Immediate joiners preferred
