- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to guide decision-making processes.
Cash Flow Management:
- Manage and optimize the company's cash flow to support operational needs and investment activities.
- Implement effective cash management strategies and monitor liquidity.
- Analyze and control costs to optimize operational efficiency and enhance overall financial performance.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and compliance.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial interests.
- Monitor changes in market conditions and regulations affecting the industry.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for audits and examinations.
Strategic Financial Planning:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
