We are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager who can strengthen our financial processes and support the company's growth. Job Overview: We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in audit and manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and prior exposure to team handling. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee accounting operations and financial reporting Handle audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements Work closely with internal and external auditors Monitor financial processes within a manufacturing setup (preferably ITC or similar industry) Lead and manage a team effectively Ensure accuracy in financial records and reporting Required Qualifications & Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory Minimum 6+ years of post-qualification experience Prior experience in audit or audit handling is essential Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry (ITC or similar) is required Strong understanding of accounting standards and practices Proven team management experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Criteria: Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage Candidates from Baniya/Marwadi background preferred
