Hiring | Finance Manager – Automobile Dealership

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage the financial operations of an luxury segment automobile dealership and drive strong financial controls, profitability and compliance.

Location: Kundalahalli, Bengaluru,

Experience: 10–15 Years

Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com

CA preferred for large dealerships

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting

• Oversee cash flow, working capital and banking transactions

• Monitor profitability across Vehicle Sales, Service and Spare Parts

• Manage vendor payments and receivables

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts

• Analyze budget vs. actual performance and variances

• Provide financial insights for profitability improvement

Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure accurate accounting and statutory compliance

• Manage GST, TDS and other statutory returns

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and regulatory authorities

• Ensure compliance with OEM financial reporting requirements

Dealership Finance

• Partner with Sales, Service and Parts teams to monitor financial performance

• Manage vehicle inventory financing and stock reconciliation

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for customer vehicle financing

• Track OEM incentives, claims and reimbursements

Internal Controls & Risk

• Implement financial controls and audit procedures

• Identify and prevent financial discrepancies, fraud and leakages

• Conduct periodic internal and stock audits

Team Management

• Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team

• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations and documentation

• Train team members on financial policies and compliance

Ideal Candidate

10–15 years of Finance/Accounting experience

Automobile dealership / Automotive industry experience preferred

Strong financial analysis, reporting and budgeting skills

Good understanding of GST and taxation

Experience in inventory finance and banking/loan coordination

Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP or dealership management systems

Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills
