Job Title: Finance Manager / Head of Finance
Location: Chennai
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Eligibility Criteria
- CA or CA Inter qualification is mandatory
- Prior experience working with Big4 consulting firms is preferred not mandatory
- Candidate should be based in Chennai or willing to relocate immediately
- Tamil speaking capability is mandatory
- Preferred age: Below 45 years
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and lead the Finance Department
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, preferably using Pocket Software
- Manage Income Tax compliance related to payroll, quarterly returns, and annual returns
- Handle contractor payments, statutory filings, quarterly returns, and annual returns
- Operate Tally for accounting entries, preparation of Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheets
- Prepare revenue reports based on employee timesheets
- Generate and manage invoices in multiple currencies
- Monitor and manage receivables on a continuous basis
- Review and monitor contracts regularly for compliance and financial impact
- Handle GST and STPI-related activities and compliance
- Prepare annual financial statements and accounts
- Coordinate and manage statutory and internal audits
- Manage banking operations and treasury functions
