We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing team at GreatKapital.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Zoho books and exposure to end-to-end

finance management in client-facing, fast-paced business environments.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end responsibility and will work closely

with stakeholders / business teams / clients to ensure successful delivery and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations)

Ensure accurate books and timely monthly/quarterly/year-end closures

Prepare and review MIS, financial statements, reconciliations, and dashboards

Analyze performance, variances, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flows

Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, etc.)

Coordinate audits and handle regulatory notices and assessments

Oversee treasury, cash flow planning, payroll, and reimbursements

Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and process automation

Lead and mentor finance team members

Act as finance SPOC for management and stakeholders
