Job Description
Role:- Finance Manager- FP&A and Busienss Partner
Key responsibilities:Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the quarterly, annual budgeting and long-range planning process for the Private lables business.
MIS Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly management reports, variance anaysis at subchannel and brand level
Business Partnering: Business partner Offline Sales team for Revenue and Cost optimisation. Business partner brand team for marketing spends optimisation and priorities.
Strategic Analysis: Provide strategic financial analysis and support to senior leadership on key business initiatives.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek to improve financial planning and analysis processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
