As the Global Financial Manager, you will act as the Financial Architect for the organization's next phase of growth. Alongside historical bookkeeping and customer invoicing functions, you will provide forward-looking strategic insights. You will be responsible for streamlining the financial operations across North America, India, UAE, and Pakistan entities, ensuring strict regional and statutory compliance, optimized cash flow, and delivering Board-level visibility into profitability, EBITDA, and other key financial health parameters.

Essential Functions
- Own the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle. Ensure customer invoices are raised with 100% accuracy and timeliness. Proactively coordinate with Delivery Heads to validate timesheets, approved hours, and milestone sign-offs before invoicing to prevent client disputes and payment delays.
- Manage the monthly and annual consolidation of books across all company entities and establish a Single Source of Truth for leadership and the Board.
- Oversee cross-border fund flows and optimize the timing of remittances from North America and UAE entities to delivery centers, minimizing forex losses while ensuring full payroll and vendor coverage.
- Champion global regulatory compliance with zero tolerance for non-compliance. Manage end-to-end statutory filings across all geographies, including:
- SOFTEX, GST, and FEMA compliance for India
- VAT and Corporate Tax compliance for UAE
- FBR/PRA sales tax compliance for Pakistan
- Coordination with external CPAs for U.S. Federal and State tax filings
- Own and maintain the Global Transfer Pricing policy. Ensure all inter-company invoices are raised at arm's-length pricing and remain audit-ready for tax authorities across jurisdictions.
- Implement rigorous project margin tracking. Partner with Delivery Heads to analyze billability versus utilization, ensuring high-revenue projects generate sustainable profitability.
- Serve executive leadership and the Board by tracking and reporting critical financial metrics, including but not limited to:
- EBITDA
- Operating Margin
- Revenue per Employee
- Burn Rate
- Act as the finance domain expert, accountable for streamlining the organization's financial operations and establishing controls that support sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or ACCA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the Technology/Software industry in a Finance Lead, Finance Manager, or Controllership role.
- Hands-on experience with SOFTEX certification, STPI regulations, GST compliance, and FEMA guidelines is mandatory.
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is an added advantage.
- Proven experience managing U.S.-India inter-company transactions and transfer pricing audits.
- Experience handling Middle East (UAE/Saudi Arabia) VAT and compliance requirements is highly preferred.
- Experience managing banking relationships, treasury functions, and credit facilities.
