Role: Finance Administrator

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Administrator to manage daily financial operations and support overall financial planning. The role involves handling invoices, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Monitor expenses and support budgeting & forecasting
• Prepare periodic financial reports for management
• Handle bank, vendor, customer, GST & TDS reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support internal and external audits
• Manage GST & TDS filings and related documentation and GST claim
• Work efficiently on accounting software systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of GST & TDS filing
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain finance
• Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and accounting software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline‑driven environment
