Job Description
- Oversee and review financial statements across group entities
- Manage group consolidation for quarterly and annual reporting
- Coordinate audit processes at entity and consolidated levels
- Review audit schedules and ensure timely completion
- Liaise with tax advisors on cross-border tax matters
- Partner with corporate secretaries on governance requirements
- Support financial oversight of investment and holding structures
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or relevant disciplines
- 8+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting
- Strong experience in group consolidation and reporting
- Exposure to investment, holding or trust structures is advantageous
- Hands-on and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with various accounting systems and financial tools
