These projects offer immersive experiences that foster connection, creativity, and impact for diverse participants.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Experience Co.s projects and operations.

Responsibilities include managing trip related accounting, accounting processes, monitoring cash flow, preparing financial reports, and coordinating audits and compliance with relevant regulations. The role will also support strategic decision-making by analysing project profitability, tracking key financial metrics, and providing insights to leadership.

Day-to-day work involves close collaboration with project teams, vendors, and senior management to ensure financial discipline and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Experience with accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management, preferably in a projects- or events-based organization.
  • Knowledge of financial compliance, taxation, and audit processes relevant to Indian regulations; experience with Southeast Asia markets is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with finance and accounting software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional, multicultural teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, CPA, MBA in Finance) are a plus.
  • Prior experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar mid- to senior-level finance role.
