About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Finance Manager to oversee the company's day-to-day financial operations, cash flow management, vendor payments, client collections, accounts receivable and payable, and overall business Profit & Loss (P&L).

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial discipline, ensuring timely collections and payments, monitoring business expenses, and providing management with accurate and timely financial reports. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing finance operations while coordinating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manage daily cash flow, bank balances, and working capital.
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and plan fund requirements.
• Manage vendor payment schedules and release payments after approval.
• Follow up with clients for timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing, payment, and reconciliation issues.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and ageing reports.
• Maintain and monitor overall business P&L, expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and cash flow statements.
• Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
• Coordinate with CA and consultants for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure timely accounting closure and accurate financial records.
  

Must- Have Qualifications & Experience :

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounts.
• Proven experience in cash flow, vendor payments, and client collections.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, working capital, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime / Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Strong Excel skills and experience preparing financial MIS.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting processes.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial operations.

Preferred Candidate: A hands-on professional capable of independently managing the company's finance operations, ensuring timely collections and payments, and providing accurate visibility into cash flow and profitability.
