Talentiser is looking to hire a Finance Manager to own end-to-end finance operations, compliance, and financial planning in a fast-growing consumer health-tech environment.
This role will work closely with the leadership team, in-house accountant, and external consultants, and will play a key role in strengthening financial controls as the business scales.
Role Overview
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, audits, and day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong governance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Analysis
- Oversee books of accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness at all times
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, MIS, and Board reports
- Track financial performance and drive corrective actions where required
- Monitor cash flows and ensure sufficient funds for operational and capital needs
- Ensure timely invoicing, revenue booking, and accounts receivable management
Compliance & Secretarial
- Coordinate with external consultants for statutory and secretarial filings
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws during regular business operations
- Manage and track all regulatory and compliance requirements
Day-to-Day Finance Operations
- Manage and oversee daily activities of the Accounts function
- Review ledgers and coordinate monthly and annual book closures
- Prepare timely MIS and financial analysis for management review
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises
- Partner with internal teams on monthly budget tracking and consumption
- Prepare variance analysis and cost efficiency insights
Audit & Due Diligence
- Own and close Statutory and Internal Audits end-to-end
Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory
- Strong accounting fundamentals and compliance exposure
- Experience in MIS, budgeting, audits, and financial controls
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in project costing/accounting is a plus
- Startup or D2C exp is mandatory
