Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IND AS.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, Direct Tax, TDS, and other regulatory filings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for senior management.
• Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants during audits and assessments.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, bank accounts, and key ledgers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor internal financial controls and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in implementing accounting policies and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and business support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of IND AS, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
