We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our consulting team, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. The role involves providing financial and operational advisory services to clients while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of consultants
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the consulting business
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
- Provide advisory services in areas such as:
- Risk management and internal audit
- Financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Cost control and pricing strategies
- Process improvement and SOP development
- Tax and compliance advisory
- Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA) preferred
- 5+ years experience in consulting, audit, or finance roles
- Prior experience managing a team
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
