Finance Manager (Construction Industry Experience Preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the construction

industry to oversee and manage end-to-end financial operations. The ideal candidate will have

hands-on experience in accounting, statutory compliance, payroll, and financial reporting across India

and US entities.

Key Responsibilities:

● Accounting & Financial Management:

○ Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial closures

○ Ensure accuracy and timeliness in maintaining books of accounts

● GST & Statutory Compliance:

○ Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance

○ Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements including TDS, Professional Tax, EPFO, and ESI

● Debtors Management:

○ Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely follow-ups with clients

○ Improve cash flow through effective collections and aging analysis

● Multi-Entity Accounting (India & US):

○ Manage accounting and reporting for both India and US entities

○ Coordinate with external consultants/auditors for compliance and reporting

● Payroll Management:

○ Oversee end-to-end payroll processing including salary disbursement

○ Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements

● TDS & Filings:

○ Manage TDS deductions, filings, and reconciliations

○ Ensure timely submission of all statutory returns

● MIS & Reporting:

○ Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports

○ Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data

● Expense Planning & Budgeting:

○ Estimate and forecast expenses for subsequent months

○ Support budgeting and cost control initiatives

Key Requirements:

● Experience: 5+ years in Finance/Accounts, preferably in the construction industry

● Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance / B.Com or equivalent

● Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, compliance, and payroll regulations

● Experience in handling US accounting or international entities is preferred

● Proficiency in accounting tools (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel

● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
