Finance Manager

Position: Finance & Accounts Manager (Real Estate and Construction)

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: 12 - 18 LPA

Reports to: MD / CEO

Experience: 8 - 14 years

Background & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Commerce Post-Graduate with strong experience in real estate finance, project accounting, and statutory compliance. Knowledge of RERA financial obligations essential. 8–14 years of experience in accounts/finance with at least 3 years in real estate or infrastructure. CA qualification preferred; CMA or MBA Finance considered.

Role Summary:

Owns the complete financial management of the company — statutory compliance, RERA escrow, P&L, cash flow, vendor payments, collections, and management reporting. The financial conscience of the startup, ensuring every rupee is accounted for and every obligation is met on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally / ERP — purchase, sales, journal, and bank entries daily

• Manage RERA escrow account — ensure collections are split and transferred as per RERA norms

• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements for MD review

• Process all vendor payments within approved timelines after three-way verification (PO-GRN-Invoice)

• Manage payroll — salary processing, TDS deductions, PF/ESI compliance monthly

• Handle GST returns, TDS returns, advance tax, and all statutory compliance filings on time

• Coordinate with external CA firm for annual audit and income tax filing

• Prepare project cost statements and maintain cost-to-complete forecasts per project

• Supervise Finance Executive for daily bookkeeping and Admin Executive for office operations
