We're looking for a Finance Manager who goes beyond numbers someone who understands what those numbers actually mean for the business. This role is about bringing structure, visibility, and control to financial operations while supporting smarter decision-making at every level.
You'll work closely with leadership, ensuring financial discipline while enabling growth with the right insights and planning.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key business metrics
- Prepare accurate financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audits
- Work closely with leadership on financial strategy and cost optimization
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and oversee day-to-day finance operations
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and banking partners
What We're Looking For
- 510+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and taxation
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting tools and Excel (ERP experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with ownership
- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred
