Role Description The Finance Manager (Canada, Australia & Germany) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for business operations related to Canada, Australia, and Germany. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing accounts, monitoring cash flow, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. The Finance Manager will collaborate with leadership and functional teams to support decision-making, optimize costs, and improve overall financial performance. The role also involves establishing financial controls, analyzing key metrics, and presenting regular reports and recommendations to management.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to manage multi-country portfolios.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis using spreadsheets and financial software.
• Knowledge of compliance, taxation basics, and financial controls, ideally in a services or consulting environment.
• Ability to interpret financial data, prepare clear reports, and communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing finance operations for international markets (Canada, Australia, Germany) is preferred.
• High level of integrity, ethical judgment, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
