Job Description

Job Title: Manager – Finance

Industry: Leading Healthcare Group

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: ₹20–22 LPA

About the Role

We are hiring for a Manager – Finance role with a leading healthcare group in Bangalore. The role is suitable for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in financial reporting, Ind AS, consolidation, statutory audit, financial close, IFC and stakeholder management.

The candidate will be part of the finance function and will work closely with internal teams, auditors and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Schedule III and Companies Act requirements.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly financial close activities.
  • Review GL, provisions, reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
  • Prepare and review statutory audit schedules and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors and manage audit query closure.
  • Support Internal Financial Controls, RCM updates and control testing.
  • Maintain accounting governance and reporting discipline.
  • Support MIS, variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including finance, compliance, secretarial and business teams.
  • Support process improvement, ERP-related initiatives and finance automation projects.
  • Guide and support junior team members wherever required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • 3–7 years of post-qualification experience preferred.
  • Strong experience in financial reporting and accounting.
  • Practical knowledge of Ind AS.
  • Statutory audit exposure is required.
  • Consolidation / group reporting experience will be preferred.
  • Experience in monthly / quarterly financial close is required.
  • Working knowledge of IFC, RCM and accounting controls will be preferred.
  • SAP / ERP / Oracle exposure will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work in a structured finance environment.

Preferred Background

Corporate finance, financial reporting, controllership or audit background.

Candidates from mid-sized CA firms with strong statutory audit and reporting exposure may also apply.

Industry exposure in healthcare, pharma, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, services or large corporate finance will be preferred.
