About The Role
Our client is a fast-growing Chartered Accountancy and Financial Advisory firm providing Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Compliance, CFO Advisory, and Financial Consulting services to startups, SMEs, and corporate clients. They are looking for an experienced
Finance Manager to lead financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, oversee client engagements, and support strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for multiple clients.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards.
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and due diligence assignments.
- Review reconciliations including Bank, Vendor, Customer, and General Ledger.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, financial analysis, and management reports for clients.
- Develop financial models, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and profitability analysis.
- Support clients in fundraising, financial planning, and strategic advisory assignments.
- Liaise with banks, statutory authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Mentor and manage a team of accountants, article assistants, and finance executives.
- Ensure process improvements, internal controls, and compliance with accounting best practices.
- Stay updated with changes in taxation, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, or corporate finance function.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple client portfolios.
- Exposure to Virtual CFO (VCFO) services.
- Experience in startup advisory and fundraising support.
- Knowledge of IND AS and financial due diligence.
- Familiarity with Power BI or advanced MIS reporting tools.
