Finance Manager

Role Purpose

To manage the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, Ind AS compliance, statutory compliance, strong financial controls, working-capital management and business-focused MIS. The role will partner with Operations to monitor airport-wise profitability, revenue, manpower costs and overall cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting, monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable accounting policies.
• Manage revenue recognition, provisions, accruals, depreciation and other accounting matters.
• Monitor airport-wise revenue, profitability and operating costs.
• Ensure accurate and timely customer billing and revenue assurance.
• Analyse manpower, overtime, equipment, consumables and other operational costs.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and budget-vs-actual analysis.
• Monitor receivables, payables, collections and overall working capital.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
• Strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs and risk management.
• Coordinate with statutory/internal/tax auditors and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
• Drive cost optimization, process improvement and finance automation.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• CA – Mandatory with 5–10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in aviation / airport services / logistics / hospitality / service industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Strong experience in MIS, budgeting, financial analysis and cost control.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, commercial and business partnering skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy and financial discipline.
