We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, managing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth in transportation sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial strategies and forecasts for the organization.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring professional development and performance management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (like CA, CMA, CPA) is preferred.
• 10-12 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in India.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Transportation field experience is mandatory.
