We are seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy and compliance for our organisation. This role will oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and treasury management, while ensuring strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and alignment with global (US and India) reporting standards. The position requires deep expertise in managing cross-border financial operations, FDI, transfer pricing, US-GAAP consolidation, and statutory filings, as well as the ability to mentor and lead high-performing finance team
