We are looking for an experienced Accounts professional with strong expertise-
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime (journal, sales, purchase, bank entries)
Ensure accurate posting of transactions in ledgers and journals
Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities
2. Accounts Payable (AP)
Verify invoices and process vendor payments
Track expenses vs budget and prepare variance analysis
Ensure timely payments, including MSME vendor compliance
Handle vendor reconciliation and resolve invoice discrepancies
Maintain proper filing and documentation of AP records
3. Accounts Receivable (AR)
Generate invoices and track collections
Follow up on overdue payments and manage collections
Maintain AR aging reports and customer account reconciliation
Resolve billing disputes and payment discrepancies
Process receipts, credit card payme
