Role & Responsibilities:
- Support in finalizing financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variance.
- Prepare and maintain Key Ratios & KPIs (Key performance Indicators)
- Booking Keeping & Accounting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SEBI LODR, Companies Act, Ind AS, etc.)
- Manage reporting timelines and deadlines.
- Support in IR (Investor Relations) functions.
- Support in projecting activities.
- Support Audit & Inspection (Statutory, Internal, Exchanges, SEBI)
- Drive process automation and development.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Candidate should be qualified CA
- 2-3 years of Experience in accounts,
- Should be team player
- Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving attitude.
- Innovative & Change Management
- Should be multi-tasking.
