We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts function and contribute to the organization's continued growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance Manager with strong expertise in Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Budgeting, Revenue Management, Statutory Compliance, and Purchase operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, leadership abilities, and experience working in a service-based organization.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

• Prepare Financial Statements, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and MIS Reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow, and working capital.
• Monitor billing, collections, revenue, and fund flow.
• Drive cost control and cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare financial projections and reports for management and financial institutions.
• Support internal and statutory audits.

Accounts & Purchase

• Lead the Accounts and Purchase team.
• Review invoices, payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, and accounting records.
• Ensure timely customer invoicing and vendor payments.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and reconciliations.

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, bankers, and government authorities.
• Handle statutory notices and regulatory documentation.
• Support payroll accounting and statutory filings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• CA Inter / CMA Inter is preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience.
• Experience in IT Services or Service-Based organizations is preferred.
