Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, based in Durg. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the organization's financial health and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, preparing detailed reports, conducting analysis to support decision-making, and leading financial audits. The role also involves supervising the finance team, managing accounts payable and receivable, and offering strategic insights to optimize financial operations.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and audit management
• Proficient in accounting principles, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management
• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide the finance team
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency with financial software and technology
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Indian and international financial regulations
