Job Description

Key Objectives

  • 1. IPO & Market Readiness
  • Lead the end-to-end IPO process including DRHP preparation and SEBI filings
  • Ensure IndAS compliance and robust governance frameworks
  • Build compelling financial narratives for public market investors
  • 2. Strategic Corporate Finance
  • Drive capital raising across equity and debt instruments
  • Manage investor relations and stakeholder communication
  • Design and execute capital structuring strategies to support growth
  • 3. Capital Efficiency
  • Optimize treasury operations and working capital cycles
  • Ensure strong liquidity management in a high-volume business environment
  • Improve capital efficiency to sustain aggressive expansion

Key Responsibilities (The Toolkit)

  • Lead fundraising initiatives, including equity rounds and debt financing
  • Manage IPO execution in coordination with investment bankers, legal advisors, and regulators
  • Oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance frameworks
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team (10 members)
  • Strengthen internal controls, governance, and audit readiness
  • Partner with leadership on strategic decision-making and growth initiatives

Who You Are

  • The High-Growth Finance Leader
  • 6-10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, preferably in high-growth startups or mid-market companies
  • The IPO Operator
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory
  • Strong expertise in IndAS and financial reporting
  • Experience with IPOs, public listings, or late-stage fundraising is highly preferred
  • The Data-Driven Storyteller
  • Ability to translate complex financials and unit economics into compelling investor narratives
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
