As a growing fashion business, we are looking for someone who can work at the intersection of finance, operations, e-commerce, inventory, and business decision-making.

We are looking for a Business Operations & Finance Lead to take ownership of key financial and operational processes at SUBO.

This role sits at the intersection of execution and decision-making. You will work closely with the founders and internal teams to maintain financial discipline, improve operational efficiency, monitor inventory, and build reports that help the business make better decisions.

While we are happy to train the right candidate on the business operations side, a strong foundation in accounting and finance is essential for this position.

• Articleship or relevant accounting experience
• CA/CMA qualification or ongoing training

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Analytical and numbers-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to independently manage recurring financial and operational tasks
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Willingness to take ownership beyond a narrowly defined job description
• Interest in understanding how a fashion/e-commerce business operates commercially

Salary: ₹17,000–₹20,000 per month

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Work Mode: On-site

This role offers direct exposure to the financial and operational side of a growing fashion e-commerce business.
