ABOUT THE ROLE
The Finance Lead will own the finance function and partner directly with the founders to drive financial planning, business
performance, commercial decision-making, governance and scalable finance processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning (FP&A).
● Develop financial models and business performance dashboards.
● Partner with founders on strategic planning and business decisions.
● Drive pricing, profitability and commercial finance analysis.
● Manage manufacturing finance, costing and inventory controls.
● Oversee accounting, audits, statutory compliance and taxation.
● Manage cash flow, treasury and working capital.
● Support fundraising, investor reporting and due diligence.
● Implement ERP, automation and finance process improvements.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
● CA preferred; MBA (Finance) is an advantage.
● 8–12 years of finance experience.
● Background in Cosmetics, FMCG, Consumer Products, Manufacturing or Pharmaceuticals.
● Strong expertise in FP&A, Business Finance, Costing, MIS, Compliance and Commercial Finance.
● Experience working with founders or high-growth businesses.
