Finance Lead

Role Summary - We are looking for a hands-on Finance Lead who will own end-to-end finance, accounts, GST, costing, and business MIS and work closely with the founder to drive profitability, cost control, and financial discipline.

This is a business-facing role, not just bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Accounts & Compliance

Own day-to-day accounting (Tally/Zoho/Busy or similar) Handle GST, TDS, income tax, MCA, audits Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits

2. Manufacturing & Costing

Build and monitor:

Product costing Batch-wise & SKU-wise profitability Raw material, packaging, wastage, yield analysis

Track:

BOM Conversion costs Labour & overhead absorption Identify cost leakages & margin improvement opportunities

3. Business Finance & MIS

Prepare:

Monthly MIS, P&L, Cashflow, Working Capital dashboards, Channel-wise profitability (D2C, marketplaces, B2B, etc.)

Track:

Gross margins

Contribution margins, CAC, fulfillment cost, logistics cost, platform fees

4. Revenue, Receivables & Controls Control:

Invoicing, collections, reconciliations Marketplace settlement reconciliation

Improve:

Cash cycle Payment discipline Vendor controls

5. Strategic & Founder Support

Support founder in: Pricing decisions Capex decisions Budgeting & forecasting

Qualification & Experience

CA Inter / CA Final / MBA Finance

3–5 years experience preferred

Experience in: FMCG / Manufacturing / D2C / E-commerce is a big plus

Strong in: GST Costing MIS Tally/Zoho + Excel/Sheets

Compensation - CTC: Up to 10 LPA (depending on experience & capability)

Location - Bangalore / On-site
