Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance Lead who can independently drive financial planning,
analysis, modelling and strategic finance initiatives. The ideal candidate should have
strong hands-on experience in company valuation, unit economics, financial modelling
and FP&A, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Build and maintain financial models, business projections and scenario analyses.
- Conduct company valuation, business valuation and investment analysis.
- Develop and analyse unit economics, profitability and key business metrics.
- Support fundraising, investor discussions and due diligence.
- Conduct financial and commercial analysis to support business decisions.
- Prepare MIS, management reports and board-level financial presentations.
- Identify financial risks, trends and opportunities and provide actionable
recommendations.
- Lead and coordinate finance-related initiatives while maintaining strong ownership of
deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of unit economics, profitability and business performance
analysis.
- Ability to independently analyse complex financial and business data.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Candidates from startups, high-growth companies, investment banking, consulting or
corporate finance environments would be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and operate as a strategic finance partner to the CEO.
