Finance Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze financial performance, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making.

Costing & Inventory Control:

• Oversee product costing, BOM validation, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to optimize costs.

Accounting & Compliance:

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/yearly financial closings.
• Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:

• Monitor daily cash positions and forecast future cash flows.
• Manage working capital components including receivables, payables, and inventory.

Audit & Risk Management:

• Liaise with internal and external auditors for timely audits.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

ERP & Systems Implementation:

• Drive automation and digitization in finance processes.
• Oversee ERP system usage and improvements.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
