Finance & Investment Facilitation Expert (International Development Consulting Firm)

An International Development Consulting firm is hiring for the profile of Finance & Investment Facilitation Expert.

Location: Bangalore

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / Masters in Infrastructure Engineering & Management / Masters in Construction Management or equivalent).

• Experience required in procurement / bid process management for government / PSU clients, preferably in the tourism/infrastructure sector.

• Minimum 7 years of overall experience, including:

a. Minimum 3 years of experience preparing financial models, analyzing project viability, identifying suitable PPP options, and structuring PPP Projects;

b. Experience in preparing financial models and project structuring for at least 2 PPP projects in Tourism / Infrastructure / Real Estate for Central/State Government/PSU;

c. Experience in investment promotion/facilitation activities.

d. Experience preparing tender documents (services / consultancy).

Broad Scope of Work:

• Focus on financial aspects of projects, including financial viability analysis.

• Project structuring (especially for PPPs) and Investment facilitation and promotion.

• Identifying funding sources(Central, IFIs, convergence).

• Assisting investors and Supporting financial negotiations for PPP projects.

• Manage procurement processes for selecting other agencies/vendors, including preparing bidding documents (EoI, RFP), supporting bid evaluation, and contract management assistance.

• Support Monitoring & Evaluation activities

• Participate in presentations with senior stakeholders and conduct consultations with relevant stakeholders as and when required.

• Provide technical inputs for the deliverables as required by the team.

• Provide valuable insights and support beyond defined project boundaries, leveraging expertise to navigate challenges and maximize project success.

• As and when required, represent the IPE Global team as an expert for major client meetings/business pitch meetings.

• Provide support to other projects as required, including undertaking site visits and field assessments based on project needs.

• Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager/ Team Leader to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of project objectives.
