Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assist in preparing financial models for real estate projects (cash flows, IRR, NPV)
Support analysis of project costs, budgets, and feasibility studies
Track sales collections, expenses, and cash flows
Assist in preparing MIS reports and dashboards
Support due diligence, valuations, and internal presentations
