Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Management: Assist in managing and monitoring the daily finance operations of multiple units, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Goal Setting: Contribute to setting financial goals and objectives aligned with the company's growth strategy.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analysis to track the company's financial health and performance.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Help in preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, and identifying opportunities for cost control and efficiency improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance Manager and team to ensure smooth execution of all financial processes and goals.
- Account Reconciliation: Support in reconciling accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Internal Controls: Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls and financial procedures.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform any other finance-related duties as required by the finance team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance (Fresher or up to 6 Months of relevant experience).
- Strong analytical skills to analyse financial data and generate insights.
- High attention to detail for accurate handling of financial data.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (experience with financial software is a plus).
- Proactive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and contribute.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
