senior finance leader who can bring both rigor and ownership to the function.
Role Scope
- Finalization of accounts, taxation, and financial reporting
- Strengthening internal controls and governance
- Building robust MIS and data-driven decision systems
- Driving financial discipline alongside operational growth
- Supporting digital and process transformation initiatives
Ideal Profile
- 10+ years of experience
- CA / Semi-qualified CA
- Strong hands-on experience in core finance functions
- Prior exposure to healthcare / hospital sector preferred
