Job Description
- Own overall financial strategy, risk control, and working capital management.
- Define and enforce Sub-D credit limits and credit periods.
- Approve daily dispatches based on real-time customer ledger positions.
- Manage billing, reconciliation, and collections for key corporate accounts (e.g., Sathya Mobiles).
- Track and improve payment turnaround from large retail chains.
- Drive end-to-end liquidation of Samsung claims (Price Protection, Schemes, Incentives).
- Coordinate with Samsung finance and sales teams to resolve claim mismatches and prevent aging.
- Manage banking relationships, channel financing, and treasury operations.
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and ensure timely factory payments.
- Monitor market outstanding aging and territory-wise ROI.
- Present financial performance and risk reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with GST, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
