- Manage the financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control initiatives.
- Work alongside the CFO, CEO and the Private Equity investors to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements relevant to the business.
- Lead the preparation of financial statements and present insights to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to align financial strategies with organisational goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the leadership team for long-term financial planning.
Profile
A Successful Finance Head Should Have
- A professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in business finance, financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Proven experience in the either technology, ITeS, services industry or a related sector.
