Finance Functional Lead & Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementations across GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Fusion Taxes, Expense Management. Exposure to PPM and Accounting Hub is a plus.
• Independently handle configuration, solution design, and implementation responsibilities across at least 4 or more modules.
• Provide feasible workarounds and innovative solutions for complex client requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customization, integration design, and data migration from legacy systems.
• Understand business requirements, map them to system functionalities, and create design documents (FSD) and functional specifications.
• Conduct testing, validation, and training for internal teams and clients; prepare test scripts, user manuals, and training guides.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of P2P and O2C processes and their integration with Financial modules.
• Participate in COE initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement within the Finance track.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to articulate solutions and gain approvals.
• Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and operate on rotational shifts if required.
