What We're Looking For:

• Talented finance professionals with a genuine passion for training generative AI on complex, real-world financial tasks
• Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, with a proven ability to produce clean, client-ready deliverables
• Fully remote role with flexible hours

What You Will Be Doing:

• Designing technically rigorous finance prompts and exercises that mirror real investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance workflows
• Creating gold-standard Excel financial models (3-statement, LBO, M&A, valuation, sensitivity analysis, etc.) and professional PowerPoint investment decks to serve as high-quality benchmarks
• Developing and refining clear, objective grading rubrics for evaluating AI-generated modeling and transaction outputs
• Building, reviewing, and optimizing advanced financial models and transaction analyses

Payment:

• Current payrate will be $50 - $58 per hour.
