Finance Executive

Hiring: Finance Executive (1-Year Contract) – Rakuten India, Bangalore

Role/ Responsibilities:

• Handling accounts payables, related queries and accounting entries
• Handling employee reimbursements, related queries and accounting entries
• Managing overall employee reimbursement cycles/ account and aging
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Preparing bank reconciliations

Providing tax compliance support, specifically:

1. TDS: Periodic filing and other compliances
2. GST: Periodic filing and other compliances
3. Tax Assessments: Data compilation/ collation

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Support audit processes
• Collaborating with various stakeholders (HR, procurement, legal, etc.) for financial information and reporting needs.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights into decision-making.
• Collaborating with other departments/ external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 45 Years of relevant experience in accounting and tax field
• Commerce related Graduate or Post-graduate degree or CA Inter or CS Inter or CMA Inter
• Expertise in handling MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power-point and MS Outlook
• Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
