Job Description:

We are hiring a Finance Executive with payroll exposure for an internal role based in Chennai. Candidates should have good communication skills and 2+ years of experience in finance operations/payroll support.

KKey Responsibilities:

• Support monthly payroll processing and payroll coordination
• Handle employee payroll queries and payroll documentation
• Assist in invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and finance coordination
• Support bank reconciliations and finance-related reporting
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams for employee-related matters
• Maintain payroll and finance records accurately
• Support day-to-day finance operational activities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in payroll processing
• Basic finance/accounting knowledge
• Good Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Immediate joiners preferred
