Oaktree designs and builds premium modular kitchens and wardrobes known for quality and innovation. We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and support overall business financial operations.
Job Title: Finance Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and all accounting transactions (purchase, sales, receipts, payments, debit/credit notes, journal entries, petty cash, contra).
- Ensure daily voucher filing and creation of accounting masters in the ERP system.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts payable/receivable periodically
- Close monthly provisions and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Analyze financial and inventory data to identify trends and support management reports.
- Process and ensure timely payments of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory dues.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory compliance and assist during audits.
- Process supplier/vendor payments (online/cheque) after proper verification.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely collection of receivables before dispatch as per agreed terms.
- Monitor and control inventory valuations in coordination with the store/operations team and conduct periodic checks for accurate stock accounting.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and procurement teams to ensure smooth financial transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Key Competencies and Person Specification:
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com; CA-Inter or CMA -Inter is a plus
- Experience: 12 years in finance/accounting,
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime / Odoo systems and MS Excel; good understanding of statutory compliance
