Qualification- MBA (Finance) or CA with 1-3 yrs of post qualification experience.
Mandatory skills:
- Treasury back office experience.
- Experience in MIS reporting relating to DA and securitisation transactions or/and liquidity coverage ratio monitoring and workings.
- Work experience with middle layer consumer based NBFCs like NBFC MFIs, P2P, ICC.
Additional work experience or skillset (good to have but not mandatory)-
- Well versed with IndAS and Financial reporting Framework applicable to NBFCs (i.e., Division III of Schedule III of Companies Act 2013).
- Have Have basic experience of reconciliations and accounting/financial reporting relating to borrowings.
- Experience with Power BI or other analytical tools.
- SQL or Tableau
