Finance Executive

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team and support our finance and business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders with accurate margins and pricing for luxury products.
• Prepare invoices, issue credit/debit notes, and manage sales returns.
• Update customer payments, GRN records, and expense bills in the system.
• Track due bill payments, rebates, discount pricing, and ensure timely release.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, claims, and reconciliations.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in accounts, ideally in luxury retail or sales accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Busy software and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with GST compliance and reconciliation processes.
